Rules and Site Information
Heroes (c) is the property of NBC, and as of such no profit was made in creation of this site.
- This is a proboards supported site and thus anyone joining or willing to join must follow the TOS
- This is a mature site; things such as drinking, swearing, mild violence and sex is allowed. But threads containing these subjects must have a warning in their title.
- No rape, abusive use of drugs/swearing/violence is allowed.
- Cannons will be first come first served. However if you fail to create a character form within a week the cannon will become open again.
- Original characters are allowed but please remeber that we need both enhanced humans and normal humans.
- Abilites are open to everyone but if we see one ability being used more than others then we will put a lock on it.
- Admin is here to help you and to step in if there are problems. Respect that.
- Respect fellow members, if you have a problem with another member then report it to admin.
- You are allowed only one power.
- If you have a power that allows to gain other powers I will make a rule that you are allowed only three addition powers.
- One Character pre account.
- Sigs must not be bigger than 300x500.
Members info
- Use the character form provided and post your completed form in the pending board, if incomplete then state so in your thread header.
- All characters must have flaws. No one is prefect (however hard we wish)
- No relations to cannon characters unless approved by both the member playing the character and admin.
- Check the face claim thread.
- Your posts should include as much detail as possible; this helps eliminates one liners and gives the person you are Rping something to work with.
- Keep Out of character posts to the boards designed for that. If you have to post something out of character in the in-character areas then use these (( Out of Character)).
- No god modding. This simply means you control your character and your character alone. You wouldn’t want someone doing it to you.
- If you have a problem with another member don’t fight with them while Rping. To settle the problem talk to Admin.
- Your character is not all powerful no one’s character should be, if you get hurt then your hurt. Of course you may only kill your character after agreeing with another member.
- No net talk… you don't talk like this in real life so why would you do it here.
Out of Character
- No links to any sites that goes against TOS for Proboards.
- Admin is very aware that you have lives outside of this site, but if you are going to be gone for more then two weeks then please just leave a little note.
- If you have a problem with another member please go to admin as previously mentioned, Admin will not take sides until both sides of the story has been heard and they will not allow disagreements spill into the boards, if admin feels the disagreements goes beyond points of opinion the thread will be locked and the members issued with a warning.
- HAVE FUN… YOU MUST FOLLOW THIS RULE AT ALL COST.
